WHAT IS LAGREE FITNESS?

Put simply, Lagree Fitness it is the most innovative and effective approach to full-body conditioning. Utilizing the Megaformer M3, Lagree delivers an intense, yet low-impact workout combining strength, core, cardio/circuit training, flexibility, and endurance, all in just 50 minutes. Classes are conducted in a small group setting (max 12) using the latest third generation Megaformer. Classes are adjustable to all fitness levels and will challenge everyone from expert to novice levels. 

HOW MANY CALORIES WILL I BURN IN EACH CLASS?

Calorie burn varies from person to person, but you can expect to burn anywhere from 400 – 700 calories. Because the workout is slow burn and metabolically stimulating, you will continue to burn calories for  hours after!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING (OR NOT BRING) TO CLASS?

  • 1. Most importantly, a positive and worry-free attitude.
  • 2. Grip Socks: these are required for safety and cleanliness and are available for purchase at the studio.
  • 3. Hydration: water bottles can be filled at the studio, or purchased for $2.
  • 4. Clothing: comfortable and breathable; preferably form fitting so your instructor can ensure proper alignment and form.
  • 5. Avoid: strong perfumes, jewelry, lotions, or oils.

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The waitlist is a way to get into a class that is fully booked in case a space becomes available. To add yourself to the waitlist, select “add to waitlist” and confirm when prompted. If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class by our system on a first-come, first-serve basis and you will receive a confirmation email. If you can no longer make it to that class, please remove yourself from the waitlist through MindBody.

HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS

Cancellations through phone or email notification are not valid. To cancel, please log into your MindBody account, click the ‘My Info’ tab, then click ‘My Schedule’. Click ‘Cancel’ next to the class you wish to cancel, and confirm the cancellation.

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD OF CONTACTING CORE CONTOUR IF I HAVE A QUESTION?

Please feel free to contact us by telephone during studio hours. However, if we’re unable to take your call, simply leave us a voicemail or send an e-mail to info@corecontour.com and we will respond promptly. We also recommend that all clients become familiar with our automated booking system, Mindbody. It is the easiest, fastest and most accurate way to book classes. If you forget your password or need more info, please call or e-mail us.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. SHOULD I TAKE A GROUP OR PRIVATE CLASS?

Lagree Fitness does not require you to start with private sessions as all classes are designed for a group setting and are adjustable to most fitness levels. If you have a severe medical concern or are recovering from an injury, an initial private session is recommended in order to assess your fitness level.

HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE EACH WEEK?

We recommend 3 classes per week to see results. The workout is designed to bring your muscles to failure, so proper time for rest and recovery is important as well. Depending on your fitness level, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. Some participants like to attend as many as 5 – 6 classes each week. The most important thing is for you to listen to your own body.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AND SCHEDULE SESSIONS?

All purchases are made through our convenient and extremely secure software system, MindBody. Classes must be pre paid before you can schedule a session. Click the Schedule tab, and follow the steps on MindBody to create a username and password, then select the series or membership you would like to purchase. To schedule a session, click the Class Schedule tab in MindBody, and find the class time you would like to attend.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? WILL I BE CHARGED IF I MISS A CLASS?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation made within 12 hours of a scheduled class start time:

  • ·•· Regular session members will lose that session.
  • ·•· Monthly unlimited members will be charged a $20 Late Cancel fee to the credit card on file.

If you do not cancel your class within an hour of start time, or you do not show up:

  • ·•· Regular session members will lose that session.
  • ·•· A No Show fee of $25 will be charged.

WILL MY SPOT BE GIVEN AWAY IF I’M LATE TO CLASS?

Yes. In order to stay on schedule, we require that you be checked in for class 5 minutes before the start time. Otherwise, your spot may be given to a drop-in client or to a waitlisted client. This is why it is important to arrive on time, and to sign in at the desk so we know you are present!
